It’s Not Too Late to Vote

In an early post, I set up a poll where viewers could vote on which book would officially kick off the “Year of Shakespeare.” So far Hamlet is in the lead, which I’m kinda happy about for various reasons. But I want to remind people that your votes count all the way up to 31 December 2009 at 11:59:59 PM.

I’m open to all suggestions (even Titus Andronicus). While I narrowed the competitors to Macbeth, Romeo & Juliet and “Others,” Please keep in mind that if the plan works, I will cover all the plays eventually. (Though I can’t say I blame you if you wonder if this pig will fly.)

So make it a good one, then, people, and we’ll have at least that to be grateful for.

    Ti-tus, Ti-tus, Titus…

Just kidding, I see the error of my ways. You’ve got to hook them first, so Romeo & Juliet or Hamlet are the way to go. Sic Titus on them when they’re not expecting it.
    Nobody expects Titus…

    • OMG, it’s going to be so much fun having you around to get me through the lean weeks! I’m so glad you’re getting into the spirit of things. Every bit of snarkiness helps. And yes, if we start with your beloved Titus, the masses (ha!) would riot…
